Description of Users and Acceptance of Terms
1. The Information We Collect and How We Use It
In the course of operating the Website, we collect or receive the following types of information:
A. Contact and Account Information
When you register for an account with Baddies Only directly, we collect information such as your name, email address, and phone number, for purposes of taking advantage of our membership functionality (e.g., automatic entry into sweepstakes/giveaways, viewing video content, leaving comments, purchasing merchandise). You may also log-in via Google or Facebook, in which case we will receive similar as set forth above for registration purposes.
Within your account, you can enter other optional details, such as your bio or city, or modify your display name. You can also select other choices, such as to receive notifications or set the ability for others to see comments that you’ve left or to direct message you. Our third-party vendor that provide our registration functionality on the back-end store and secure your passwords. When logging on with Google or Facebook, such companies are responsible for the storing and securing of your passwords. In either case, Full Send does not have access to these passwords.
We also collect any information you provide to us in messages, such as through our Contact Support page. We use such contact information for purposes of responding to, and following up regarding, your inquiries, including by providing you with requested or supplemental information. Depending on the nature of your message, we may route your information to an appropriate third party, such as one of our distributors, to better address such message.
B. Payment Information
When you join Baddies Only, we will collect your payment information to process your monthly subscription payments. We will also collect your payment information when you wish to purchase merchandise through the Website. Typically, you will be asked to provide your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (however, for payment card number, we only receive the last four digits), email address, and phone number. We use this order information to fulfill any purchases made through our Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices/confirmation), process your membership dues on a monthly basis, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential fraud or other risks, or, upon giving your consent, provide you with marketing relating to our products or services.
C. Phone Numbers
With your consent, we will send promotional messages to you (e.g., information regarding any inventory drops).
D. Server Logs
Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of such access, including the device’s IP address, user agent string (e.g., operating system and browser type/version), and referral URL (i.e., the external source by which you arrived at our Website or the pages you’ve clicked on while on our Website). We may use these log files for purposes such as assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting errors and incidents, monitoring for fraud, analyzing web traffic, or optimizing the user experience.

For purposes of our log-in portal or related feature on our Website, persistent cookies can be used to store your passwords so that you don’t have to enter it more than once.
Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our Visitors to personalize the experience on our Website or to serve Baddies Only advertisements on other digital properties (i.e., “retargeting” you on other sites based on your interaction with Baddies Only content on our Website or related social media properties, as discussed further below).

As mentioned in Section E above, we may use third-party “adtech” providers (such as Facebook) to retarget you with Baddies Only advertisements on third-party websites based on your visits to our Website or social media properties, such as items viewed, bought, or left in the shopping cart (“abandoned”), posts or pages viewed, or other similar interactions.

Further, Facebook may allow you to directly opt out of Baddies Only ads within the ad served by Facebook.
4. Aggregate Data
In an ongoing effort to better understand our Visitors and the Website, we might analyze your information in aggregate form to carry out, maintain, manage, and improve operations in connection with the Website. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services and the Website to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable.
